Apple has finally made the new watchOS 10.3 update, which offers stability and performance enhancements, available to Apple Watch owners after several weeks of testing.
WatchOS 10.3 appears to be a targeted release, concentrating on performance enhancements and bug fixes, after moving from the first developer beta, which was made available on December 12, to the third beta, which was made available on January 9.
It appears that Apple is focusing on improving the system's fundamental stability and performance because watchOS 10.3 beta builds didn't include any noteworthy new features. On December 11, the watchOS 10.2 update was made available, and it included a number of noteworthy improvements, mainly related to the user interface and Siri integration. It gave Siri access to health information, allowing users to use voice commands to query different health statistics.

Build number 21S644 for watchOS 10.3 replaces build number 21S364 for watchOS 10.2.
The Apple Watch should be charged while the update is happening and have at least 50% of its battery left.
Install the most recent iOS version on the paired iPhone.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone. Select "General" > "Software Update" after tapping the "My Watch" tab.
Press 'Download and Install' to apply watchOS 10.3. Enter the passcode on your iPhone or Apple Watch if prompted.
