The Zepp Flow is a new feature that comes with the Zepp OS 3.5 update. It has a large language model (LLM)-powered Natural Language User Interface (LUI). The smartwatch can support voice interaction thanks to the AI feature. With conversational voice commands, Amazfit Balance users can now schedule events, respond to notifications, check the weather, participate in free chat, and more.
In addition to AI, the smartwatch now has a number of new features thanks to the Zepp OS 3.5 update. One noteworthy addition is the Zepp Coach upgrade, which now supports half and full marathon plans. Now, users can use customized plans to reach their marathon running goals for 5K and 10K distances. The Confidence Index and Plan Completion Rate are two new tabs that offer information about the status of the training.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) during sleep will now be supported by Amazfit Balance, providing users with overnight sleep pattern data. Understanding HRV data can be crucial to figuring out any irregularities in heartbeat rhythm. HRV measures the variation in time intervals between heartbeats. The data, according to the company, can be used to track stress levels, post-exercise recovery, and the body's state of recuperation. Additionally, the smartwatch now has a new Running Power tracker that lets runners monitor how much work they're putting in when they run.
Also, the smartwatch now has two additional sports modes: indoor rock climbing and bouldering. The upgrading of the snowboarding and skiing sports modes also includes the addition of resort maps and trail navigation.
