Cayman JHS Group Corporation (“Cayman JHS” or the “Company”), a leading content operator and innovative software developer, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent Music Entertainment Group (“TME”). Under the agreement, Cayman JHS has obtained the exclusive nationwide rights to distribute QQ Music and WeSing (Quanmin K Ge) on TV big-screen terminals across China.
The Company will operate these services through its flagship AI-powered music platform, Yoho, making Yoho the primary big-screen carrier of TME’s leading music and karaoke offerings. By integrating QQ Music and WeSing into Yoho, Cayman JHS aims to deliver a unified, intelligent music experience for home entertainment, in-car infotainment and travel scenarios.

To expand the reach of Yoho and the QQ Music/WeSing big-screen experience, Cayman JHS is strengthening cooperation with China’s three major telecom operators, as well as leading television and vehicle manufacturers, including new energy vehicle brands.
