How did you feel on Speed Keto? Better, worse, the same? Did you notice any positive health benefits?

 

Aileen Miller: Before Speed Keto I suffered with colitis, inflammation, insomnia, anxiety and high blood pressure. I was also borderline diabetic. Now, my colitis is in remission, I’m no longer on anxiety or blood pressure meds, my glucose is normal, I sleep like a log and I have energy all day long.

 

How often (or how long) have you done Speed Keto?

Aileen Miller: I began my journey with Speed Keto in August of 2019.

 

Were you excited to learn that macro and calorie counting was not required to lose weight on Keto?

 

Aileen Miller: I was so excited! That was the best part.

How are your energy levels while on Speed Keto? (Were you always exhausted? Or, did you benefit from Keto’s energy-boosting benefits

 

Aileen Miller: My energy has soared. I am anemic and noticed a major boost. Now, I get 10k steps or more every day!


What are your current weight OR health goals like after trying Speed Keto? (How did they change?)

 

Aileen Miller: My current weight is 165 pounds. I began at 198 pounds and have lost over 40!
