An Exclusive Interview With Fast-rising Dancehall Music Star, Rawalty.

Rawalty is becoming a household name in the dancehall music industry. Ever since he penetrated the dancehall music industry, the artist has done nothing but release hits and shedding light on the day-to-day struggles of people in society through his songs.

Recently, I had the opportunity of getting a one-on-one discussion with Rawalty. The interview was targeted at getting to know more about him, his love and passion for music, his growing musical career, his plans to release more projects in the future, and getting an up and close gist about him.

Here is the brief conversation we had;

• Tell me more about yourself?

My name is Rawalty and I am a musician and an entertainer. I do the dancehall genre of music and I’m also passionate about making good music all the time because it helps me shed light on the day-to-day struggles of the people in general.

• How did you penetrate the dancehall music industry?

I would say my journey into Dancehall has been a blessed one. I was able to reinvent my image and create the type of music that impacts how I see things around me. Besides my talent, I have a natural ear for great music. My mind runs differently when it comes to creating music, which helped me explore new sounds and concepts that set me apart.

• What are your main tips for success?

I try my best to be very relaxed mentally. This helps me all the time because music demands a lot of your time, and if you are not willing to put in the time, you should not even attempt it. So for one, I dedicate my time. Also, I work with the right sets of people because it takes a team of the right people who understand you and your needs as an artist.

• What keeps you motivated?

My family and the strong natural love I have for music keep me going at all times. It makes me realize that I am on the right track because this is something I always wanted to do my whole life. I am not all bent on being rich or vague, but the desire to share my talent with the world is what I love. I love the type of vibe and energy it brings.

• What piece of advice do you have for aspiring ones?

I usually advise anyone not to give up because life comes at you very fast. Life can change in the blink of an eye, and only you could stop yourself. The doors are made to be closed, just as they are made to be open. If you open your mind well enough, you will always find the key to the door.
