President-elect Joe Biden will meet with public security specialists on Tuesday to talk about preparation at key offices even as his progress group keeps on being denied admittance to those government offices.
Political, insight and protection consultants will brief Biden, a progress official said on Monday night. VP choose Kamala Harris will join Biden for the meeting.
The gathering isn't an authority U.S. government instructions on the grounds that the General Services Administration has not yet made the "ascertainment" that Biden has won the official political decision.
Without admittance to the offices, Biden is depending on specialists from the Obama organization — just as individuals who left government during the Trump years and are agreeable - to get ready for the new organization.
Previous Trump White House Chief of Staff John Kelly is among those who've cautioned that Biden's absence of access could be a danger to public security.
"You lose a great deal if the change is postponed in light of the fact that the new individuals are not permitted to get their head in the game," Kelly, a previous Marine Corps general, revealed to Politico a week ago.
"The president, with all due regard, doesn't need to surrender. Yet, it's about the country. It harms our public security."
He added: "It is anything but a cycle where you go from zero to 1,000 miles for every hour."
