Huawei Band 9 Specs are Revealed in Renders that Seem official, Matching those of the Band 8

A fresh leak has exposed Huawei's upcoming fitness tracker, the Band 9, offering a sneak peek at what to expect before its official release.

Huawei promised "a new era in wrist fashion and sleep feature enhancements" when teasing the band, but according to the most recent leaks, the Band 9 looks a lot like the Band 8.

Official-looking renders of the Huawei Band 9 have been made public by the German publication WinFuture, and they relate a well-known tale. With a single side button, rounded corners, and a rectangular display, the band's appearance is reminiscent of that of its predecessor.

Additionally, a variety of band styles and color options for the fitness tracker are anticipated by users. According to reports, Huawei will provide the Band 9 in two pink hues, blue, white, yellow, and black. The blue version appears to include a textile strap, whereas the other appears to consist of standard silicon bands.

Under the hood, the parallels persist as well. The leak indicates that the Huawei Band 9 will once more have a 1.47-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, most likely with 368 x 194 pixel resolution.

Additionally, the 180 mAh battery capacity won't change. The Band 9 is anticipated to have five ATM water resistance and connect to smartphones via Bluetooth and WLAN, just like earlier versions.

According to a leak, Huawei seems to be sticking to the same pricing strategy for the Band 9 and Band 8. The Band 9 is expected to retail for 59 euros in Europe.

Huawei has not yet revealed the Band 9's release date or availability.
