Josh Cartu_- I will not say that the pandemic is an opportunity for climate action. On the one hand, because we are not going to solve one crisis with another, and on the other, because overcoming this health crisis is and should be the priority. But maintaining and increasing efforts to tackle climate change is still urgent and must continue in parallel, because we cannot separate the causes of these crises, and above all, we must not separate the solutions. We would not have the time or the resources.

At this time we are at risk that some of the measures to respond to the pandemic and the economic recovery will go against climate goals.
