Beyoncé becomes the first Black woman to wear notorious 'Tiffany Diamond' in a new campaign

Tiffany and Co. has disclosed the first part of its new ad campaign, "About Love," featuring Beyoncé and Jay-Z. It denotes the first time the couple has showed up in a campaign together. A photograph campaign on Monday morning shows Beyoncé wearing the nineteenth century 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond. She is only the fourth individual to wear the notorious bauble and the bauble to do as such. Lady Gaga wore it to the 2019 Oscars and Audrey Hepburn wore the diamond in publicity pics for 1961's Breakfast at Tiffany's. Jay-Z wears Jean Schlumberger's legendary Bird on a Rock brooch, reproduced as a pair of one-of-a-kind cuff links. The entertainment superstars present before Jean-Michel Basquiat's 1982 painting "Equals Pi." Beyoncé likewise posted extra pictures on her Instagram with a basic caption reading, "About Love." "Beyoncé and Jay-Z are the epitome of the modern love story," the jewellery house's executive vice president of product and communications Alexandre Arnault said in a statement. "As a brand that has always stood for love, strength and self-expression, we could not think of a more iconic couple that better represents Tiffany's values. We are honoured to have the Carters as a part of the Tiffany family." The print campaign, shot by Mason Poole and styled by June Ambrose and Marni Senofonte, launches September 2. A companion film, to be released Sept. 15, highlights Beyoncé performing "Moon River." The movie was shot by Jay-Z on a Super 8 camera and directed by Emmanuel Adjei. The campaign will incorporate extra movies made by director Dikayl Rimmasch and second unit chief Derek Milton. As part of its work with the Carters, Tiffany and Co. has swore $2 million towards scholarship and internship programs for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
