The San Francisco 49ers will host the Baltimore Ravens on Monday at 8:15 p.m. ET at Levi's Stadium while they are home for the holidays. The 49ers will be looking to extend their winning streak to six games, while the Ravens will be trying to maintain their winning run at four.
