For the fifth sequential year, media at home and abroad spotlight on Guangzhou, the social focal point of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as the organizers of Youth Music Culture Guangdong (YMCG) today report the "YMCG 2021 Special Event" to be introduced to terrain China on January 30th and the remainder of the world on February first.

The "YMCG 2021 Special Event," introduced by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province and coordinated by the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra (GSO) and Xinghai Concert Hall, comprises of three sections: initial, a show by the GSO; next, YMCG Artistic Director Yo-Yo Ma presents an online expert class designed for youthful ensemble players; at last, Maestro Long Yu and Yo-Yo Ma meet up essentially for a Q&A and guided talk.

1: Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra Concert

Musician Paloma So and piano player Serena Wang two rising millennial stars proceed as highlighted soloists with the GSO in the "YMCG 2021 Special Event" show.

Under the twirly doo of GSO's Music Director and YMCG Chair of the Artistic Committee Long Yu, they perform developments from Sergei Prokofiev's Violin Concerto No. 2 in G minor and Ludwig van Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3 in C minor close by an immortal Chinese work, "A Pleasant Evening" by ehru ace Liu Tianhua.

2: Inside the Practice Room with Yo-Yo Ma

3: A Dialog with Masters Across Continents

For the last portion of the night's uncommon occasion, Yo-Yo Ma (in Boston) joins Long Yu (in Guangzhou), proficient performers, previous YMCG members, agents from the Guangzhou Symphony Youth Orchestra, and others for an intelligent discussion and Q&A meeting on the topic of "harmony and equilibrium."

The "YMCG 2021 Special Event" shows the force of music and local area in encouraging and supporting individuals through the Covid pandemic clearing the world featuring the estimation of social discourse and welcoming reflection on how man can make concordance with nature.
