Huawei has officially introduced its newest premium tablet, the MatePad Pro Max, to global markets. The device is now available internationally and carries a starting price of £999.99 in the UK.
The tablet features a large 13.2-inch OLED PaperMatte display with a resolution of 3000x2000 pixels. It also supports a 144Hz refresh rate and delivers up to 1,600 nits of peak brightness for an enhanced viewing experience.
Under the hood, the MatePad Pro Max comes equipped with 12GB of RAM and offers storage options of either 256GB or 512GB. For photography and video calls, the tablet includes a 50MP rear camera alongside a 12MP front-facing camera.
Huawei has also included support for 66W wired charging and 40W reverse wired charging capabilities.
Battery capacity varies depending on the region. In European markets, the tablet packs a 9,760mAh battery, while models sold outside the EU feature a larger 10,400mAh battery. Huawei also confirmed that EU versions do not include a charger inside the box, whereas other regions receive a bundled 100W charging adapter.
The MatePad Pro Max is equipped with a six-speaker audio setup and four microphones. It is available in Blue and Space Gray color options.
One of the standout aspects of the tablet is its slim and lightweight design, measuring just 4.7mm in thickness and weighing only 499 grams.
