Mansour Tawafi: From one of the world’s highest MLM earners to a Fintech fanatic

  • 17-November-2021

A natural-born leader, he was always destined to lead the life of a globe-trotter, imparting his wisdom to thousands around the world Few individuals realise their true potential, and fewer still achieve their lifelong ambitions and fulfil their dreams. Les Brown once said that “The graveyard is the richest place on earth because it is here that you will find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled, the books that were never written, the songs that were never sung, the inventions that were never shared, the cures that were never discovered, all because someone was too afraid to take that first step, keep with the problem, or determined to carry out their dream.” Mansour Tawafi is one individual who refused to let his talents, ambitions, and dreams fall by the wayside. A gifted student whose professional journey started in the retail sector in his gap year, Mansour’s life wasn’t always filled with excitement and adventure. Reluctantly his hands were forced to take up a full-time job and put his educational journey on hold to relieve himself and his family of financial constraints. The Roman philosopher Seneca once said that “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity”, which couldn’t be more true for Mansour. So when he was met with his lucky break, an introduction to MLM, he was hungry and ready to prove himself in a meritocratic environment. This youngster took the direct sales industry by storm, featuring on the business from home’s list of top 100 MLM earners in the world. He achieved this feat by the age of twenty-two and was rubbing shoulders with seasoned players who boasted decades of experience in the industry. Mansour had an innate urge to lead the pack from the front. Upon entering direct sales, he became an avid student, working on every aspect of the business to master his skills and expand his business. He soon found himself in a position to lead talks in front of hundreds and thousands on building a healthy organisation and the right ethical culture for business and leadership. Rising to international prominence, Mansour found himself conducting talks before an audience of ten thousand strong. His escapades took him across five continents and over fifty countries, and he is still counting. Along with his fame, Mansour’s ambitions grew. A visionary, he was quick to notice the rise of fintech and its disruptive nature. Humbled by its rapid growth and scale, he once again adopted the role of a parched student thirsting for knowledge. Seeing the opportunity that lay ahead, Mansour, with the support of his business partner, started a venture in the software space in the Netherlands. Witnessing its quick rise to success, Mansour quickly branched out to open another London-based software solutions company in Techlabs. Today you can find this ambitious individual working on one of his most rewarding goals to date: the provision of education for everyone around the world, not just for the privileged in the developed world or the rich in the developing world—this goal of his inspired him and his business partner to acquire a London-based college in 2018. The advent of covid-19 more than ever has pushed them to transform this into an e-learning platform that will make education accessible around the world. We can only hope that more individuals learn from Mansour’s inspirational story and work hard to discover their passion and realise their dream. To connect with Mansour, visit his LinkedIn page.
