Meta Launches AI Creator Assistant on Facebook With Personalized Insights and Content Suggestions

  • 05-June-2026

Meta announced on Thursday that it is rolling out a new AI-powered creator assistant on Facebook designed to provide personalized guidance based on a creator’s content style, audience engagement, community activity, and objectives.

Creators frequently need to analyze charts, metrics, and dashboards to evaluate how their content is performing. With the new AI assistant, they can instead receive quick responses to questions such as “When should I post?” or “What are people saying in my comments?”

Because the assistant operates through a conversational interface, creators can continue the discussion with follow-up questions and explore topics in greater detail, including how their audience demographics or engagement patterns have evolved over time. The insights provided are tailored to each creator’s presence and include suggestions for improving performance.

In addition to performance analysis, the AI assistant can support content ideation by identifying current trends. For instance, it may recommend incorporating trending audio clips or creating posts tied to popular cultural events and discussions.

The assistant is currently being rolled out to creators in the United States, Canada, and India. Meta says it plans to introduce additional features and expand availability to more countries over time.

By offering creators direct access to an AI assistant, Meta aims to keep them actively engaged on Facebook as it competes with platforms such as TikTok and YouTube for creator attention. The company also hopes that providing content recommendations will encourage creators to post more frequently, potentially increasing overall user engagement.

Providing AI assistance directly within the app also reduces the need for creators to rely on external tools such as ChatGPT for brainstorming content ideas and analyzing performance, helping keep those activities within Meta’s ecosystem.

Meta also revealed that it is expanding AI-powered translation support on Facebook by adding new languages, including Arabic, Bahasa Indonesian, French, Thai, and Vietnamese. Through AI-translated Reels, a creator’s voice, tone, and audio characteristics are preserved while content is automatically translated into another language. Introduced last year, the feature is intended to help creators reach broader audiences by overcoming language barriers.

Creators can also enable a lip-sync option that synchronizes translated audio with their lip movements, creating a more natural viewing experience.

According to Meta, more than half a billion Facebook users now watch AI-translated videos every week.
